Default Manual tarnny fluid

I got a 05 colorado 5spd
i was wondering if there is a better trany fluid i can use in this thing. If I try to shift fast it doesnt liek to go into the next gear untill the rpms drop way down. kinda like the syncronizers are not grabing or something.

Im sure most of you guys have autos, but is there anything for manuals?

thanks

The GM stuff is the best IMO. We tried different stuff, heard people rave about the Chrysler stuff, etc, but the GM stuff always worked best- especially cold.

I'm with you on the shifting man. You have to be soooo careful on the 1-2 shift to not grind into 2nd. You got to jamb the clutch all the way on the floor and and make sure you pull it right in. Every other gear I can shift much faster and don't have to press the clutch nearly as far. I use synchromesh though, I did searching a while back when I needed to change mine and the consensus was it's the best stuff to use, even at like $25/qt.
