Default Lubed the chassis today

after 20k I figured it was time.

I used Mobil 1 synthetic for no real reason other than I trust that line of products. as long as it was NGLI cerified I was happy.

I was surprised and just how thirsty she was

anyone else lube their own chassis? or do you just take it to the dealership?

never done it but then again I haven't got past 20k on this truck or my last. I would probably take it to the dealership since I have no idea what I would be doing.

By lubing are you talking the grease fittings? I do that at least every other oil change. I take fork lifts and lift the truck up so its pretty easy to access that stuff. What else need to be done?

I'm with ex, I grease mine every other oil change as well. You'd be crazy to let your truck go 20,000 miles again without greasing it.

Cool

I lube mine with each oil change. Don't overdo it or you might damage the boots. I use Amsoil 2000.

vanillagorilla - you are definately having too much fun.
