converter break in, is it needed??

like it says do i need to break in the converter or what????

I would do what the manufacturer recommended. I'm sure they have a good reason behind it. I know its tough, but...

it didn't say just said prefill before install lol and thats on the side of the box.

The best break in method is applying as much tq to it as soon as possible. That way you will know if it is going to last or not.

Na, no break-in that i've ever heard of.

I have heard just drive it around for about 10 min or so at normal driving before you lay into it and that will break it in

I had a 500 mile break in period for my Yank TT3000 before I could hammer on it. I know of a few folks who didn't bother and had no issues.

My Tranny builder (rock-on-transmisions) says his trannys go from the dyno to the race track and told me to drive it like I stole it.

cool sounds good i'll let it warm up a little be for i romp on it. i sure hope this is worth putting in.
