Default Lowering a 4wd questions

My truck is dropped 2" in the rear, and the front leveled with it. i want to go another 2" all around till hunting season, so I want something easy (not spindles) but I dont want to loose any more ride quality (its already a little soft) how far can I safely come down with the torsion bars, then maybe add some stiffer shocks, or does anyone know another way. Also how mutch lower will the GM purple keys drop it?

I don't know specifics, but the only ways I know to lower a 4wd in the front are spindles and keys. For the rear, its just like a 2wd. You can also take out the lift block between the leafs and axle to get a little drop. Just make sure to get some 2wd ubolts though.
