Tell me about your drops, what components you are using, difficulties installing or aligning, ride problems or premature front end component wear, tire size, and would you do it again.
My next truck is probably going to be a NBS CC1500 either 4x4 or AWD and I'm already planning the build. I'd like to drop it 4/6 so it will be down to the level of a 2/4 2wd. Pics and /or fender measurements would be great if you've got them too.

i have an 06 de-cranked t bars, shackles and lift block removed, i also used the shorter belltech bump stops, rides like stock. i want it lower so i ordered the mcgaughy spindles and hangers, it should be two more inches front and rear from where i sit now. its only a 2/4 kit, but it is like a 3.5/6 from where it was stock.

I got the 3/4 ton keys in the front for about 3" of drop and i nthe rear I have the blocks out, drop shackles, and the overload spring removed (more to help with ***-end squat on lauches). I'd like to put lowering hangers in the back to get it leveled out. As far as fender to tire gaps...the front in 2.25" and the read is something like 4.5". I'm happy with everything so far, I haven't got it aligned yet, but it rides fine and handles better.

Well, you're familiar with my set-up, I'm very happy with it except for the bump-steer. Got spindles and hangers on the long term, many years away, when the truck is no longer a DD, wish list lol

I think I'd start with the spindles and then 3/4 keys to fine tune it. For the rear in a CCSB though I'd have to get leafs, shackles, and remove the blocks for a 6" drop since the hangers on a crew cab are welded on.

I have an 02 escalade ext, I first lowered it with torsion keys and springs in the back, I was getting bad wear so I decided to get the mcgaughy's drop spindles in the front end and the drop shock component for the rear, it works way better.. I was runnin 305/40 series on my 22's and they rubbed a bit in the corners, but now i have a set of 285/35's and they are perfect..
BTW. it was pretty damn easy to put this setup in by myself for the most part.

De-cranked TBs, removed block, and 2 inch beltech shackles. I have the beltech performance shocks in the rear and I'm about to get a set for the front along with the beltech bumpstops.Tire size 285/50R20
