Default looking into 5speed to t-56

i was wondering if this is a straight up swap im doing a lq4 swap and i have a nv3500 i want to know if the t-56 will swap right in its place with the same driveshaft and cross member and everything else i have a 2000 rcsb

Most of it is A4 -> M6, but there is some M5 -> M6 stuff in there too. If you have any questions about it, post up in there and someone will get you answered.
