Hey all, First mod was to remove the cast 4.8L and replace with LS6 Aluminum block with Magna charger w/Radix running 8 psi. I can't imagine how it would run with a 427 in it. Would be way to much to try and put to the ground. Anyone else unhappy with the trany ratio's? Definitly need to put in a T56 with aluminum flywheel. These trucks are a blast to drive!

1999 4x4, 4.8, stock ported throttle body, throttle body bypass, custom ram/air duct on passenger side made of aircraft sheetmetal, k&n filter, asp pulley, predator handheld, flexalite fans, true dual str8 piped exhaust w/x pipe......need to instal the spec stage 2+ clutch this weekend

future holds some L/T's, a cam and a magnacharger, just working the motor up to it!
