Looking for 14 bolt 9.5"

Take the backing plate off your 10b, get a 2.5" spacer for the 14b, take the drums off the 14b and install spacer and 10b backing plate, grind axle flanges slightly, install 10b brakes. Easy as that. Look up the thread I made about "14 bolt SF swap", its all in there.

Atomic, you used the 88-98 style rear end. On the NBS 99-07 classic rear ends like I have, you dont need the spacer. Its a direct, bolt in swap.

Last Call did it with an 05 VHO 14 bolt 9.5
He swaped the factory 10 bolt disc brakes from his 01 ECSB 10 bolt to the 05 VHO 14 bolt 9.5 he picked up. he even list the details after I asked him some questions about his swap.

He didnt specify which year axles he was looking at in his opening post, but nevertheless its clear now that drum to disc is doable on either axle
