What would be the appropriate fix for a stuck valve? Tune should be getting looked at soon to address anything there that might be out of wack. Thanks again

Figureing out which valve it is and either replacing that section of the valve body, or cleaning the bore and possibly replacing the valve, probably with a sonnax valve, if it available.... Really need to figure out when gear its dropping to when it does it and if manually shifting it doesnt do it, that may lead to a dofferent valve, need pull up the operating literature to figure out what applies/releases at what point...

Sounds like a good time to just go ahead and get the zipkit and the other sonnax parts

I agree with that one. But you might have to go deeper into it.

Took it out today and tried getting into it at a bunch of different speeds and throughout different trans temps and never once did it act up like I described, guess I'll have to wait and see if it happens again and remember to pop it into manual to see what gear it's dropped into. Trans fluid doesn't smell burnt or discolored and isnt over or filled or under the correct capacity and was serviced ab when the converter and motor swap was done about 16kmiles ago

Taht really sounds like a sticking valve... Had a camaro that had a similar situation, but was when you came to a sudden stop and then went to take off again, it would chirp the tires... Ended uo having an intermittently sticking valve....

Might also be the Shrunken check ball that sticks in the separator plate.

Think a little trans seafoam might clear them up to help from sticking just brainstorming since i really don't have the funds to tear into the tranny
