Sometimes at light throttle the 1-2 shift is kinda hard and sometimes around 1/2 throttle the 1-2 hesitates then goes in hard. I've tried WOT a few times and it's shifted perfected. This is a gm reman tranny it don't even have 100 miles yet. Any ideas?

 

Sounds like the good ole "Bump Shift" problem these transmissions are notorious for. I had it in my S10 and both my silverado's. I installed a Transgo kit in everyone and fixed the issue.

 

My did that then it broke the output shaft at the track. It is back at performabuilt now
