really simple i did this mod 2 weeks ago

remove old line, replace with new line, bleed that corner, then move on to the next wheel. nothing dramatic about it took me about hour and a half in my gravel driveway to do all 5 lines

i reaccomend you start with the axle flex line and the pass rear corner and bleed that first, then the other rear pass front and drivers front, in that order your supposed to bleed brakes from the longest line first but since your abs pump is mounded under the cab it dosent really make a big diff.

i know byunspeed has them. you might want to search through some of the sponsors on the right to see if they might carry the ss brake lines.

Thunder Racing was the name I was looking for. I had heard of someone else getting the lines from them. I bet Tbyrne has them too.

Thanks.
