How bad will 4.10s hurt my top end?

I have 4:11s in my truck with 275 45 20 and it pulls through every gear. I've even ran it to 155mph 2-3 times.... you'll like them..

im running a cam only LQ4/80E in my silverado with 3.42s and a 30.5' tire.. 6500 shift points is 68 1-2 and 118 2-3
tow haul is set to 6800rpms.. 1-2 73 / 2-3 123
