Default Help me find the noise!

I got a real annoying noise from the back of my truck- When I back up, I get a squeak noise from the rear, it gets faster with speed, and will only do it in reverse, rolling back in neuteral and the noise is gone. Its a rubbery-squeak noise, help! Any ideas where to look?

I had a similiar noise like that but, I only heard it when coming to a complete stop. NEver found out what it was. 30K miles later it's gone.
