Default Holley mid rise intake and fuel rail fitting questions

I have a 99 silverado with the 5.3 in it. Im currently doing a cam swap, lifters, springs etc. Im also putting the mid rise intake on with their billet fuel rails. I have seen on jegs holley offers the PTC fittings for a oem application, I am wondering if it is the correct size or what sizes are in that matter to connect stock fuel lines to the actual billet rails. Also was curious about the sizes to do a crossover for the fuel rails ? Since the stock stuff is going away, what do people use for the MAF sensor as well ? Any information is appreciated as I know it gets asked often but ive yet to find the exact answers Im looking for.

Glad I am not the only one, I know people know the AN fitting sizes and all that but I am fairly new to this portion of the build

#8 size line, chances are the fuel rails take 3/8 NPT fittings, Run two Russell 90 degree fittings with a piece of steel braided line to connect the rear fittings, one 90 degree in the front with a tee on the other side (stainless braided line in the middle) and then use the adapter that goes from the stock fuel line to the end of the tee. Its a snap together fitting, just like stock, you can can get them from Summit, Jegs, even O'Reilly's has them I think.
