Talking Help with gearing on this truck i an looking at!

Okay i just want some input. I have not looked at this truck in person. It is 50 miles away. just curious if anyone could save me some time on looking at this. okay this is a 2002 Silverado Stepside with a 7 inch lift and 38 inch tires. It is an automatic with the 5.3 liter engine. I asked (via email) what the gearing is and he said it is the 3.73's (i assumed this is the stock gearing). is this thing gonna be a slug with those size of tires? not totally sure yet on any other mods yet. i just replied to his email asking on the other mods. lemme know what you think. here is the ad. http://denver.craigslist.org/cto/990776151.html
