Well picked up new driveshaft nice work fit perfect. Oh while i was installing rear bolts........pinion yoke has a hair line crack F*@Ked up. Getting one from dealer tomorrow 96 dollars. i also opened rear cover no teeth missing no debri.......

I would get a new crush sleeve too. You'll need to make sure it has the right amount of preload on it when reinstalling. Unfortunately swapping out the pinion yoke isn't just simple swap since the pinion nut determines preload.

I spoke to mike from broward powertrain he told me to reuse same crush sleeve only use new one if new bearings were being installed.count number of threads exposed remove nut,crush sleeve,and seal. gm kit has new yoke,nut,seal,crush sleeve.he told me to use the new yoke,seal,and nut but reuse the old crush seal on the install expose same amount threads and then bump on another half of thread. But he insistead not to use new crush sleeve.

I would of called speed engineering. I've seen their stuff first hand. It's killer.
