front suspension rebuild

If you flip the upper control arms, your upper ball joint angle will improve, and they will last longer. Just gotta press the ball joints out & then back in from the other side.

This is for a lowered application, correct?
And will it work for an 07 Tahoe? I have the alignment bushings.
I'm getting ready to drop mine and will be replacing pretty much everything, like the OP. I'd like to convert to coil-overs soon after my drop.
Thanks

However, you can do it with a large floor jack.
Put the jack under the LCA after you remove the shock. Take the LCA bolts out and lower the jack slowly.
The truck will need to be fairly high to do this.

What exactly does this do? I'm a little confused.

I found the answer for this.
Flipping the control arms is for 00-06 model years.
