Yes! Very easy to install, cheap and you can sell them very quickly when you are ready to up grade. Check the for sell section, they are always for sell. SSlow 4.8 is rolling on my old set.

How is the ride affected? harder or the same? I am thinking of doing this this weekend and i have a 4x4 any major diffrences?

blocks are used when the axle is located ontop of the spring, Stock silvys are the opposite. No your ride will not suffer, all your doing is moving the spring up.

Yes, towing stays the same.
