Default Decisions, decisions...

I have a dilemma that I was hoping you guys could help me out with, I have a guy that want's to trade my stock 10 bolt rear with trutrac and 3.42's for a 14 bolt out of an 06 SS with half the miles... Should I do it or no? I just recently installed the trutrac in my rear end. His rear end has the G80 with 3.73 gearing.

I would do it as well. The G80 in the 14 bolt is probably better than in the 10 bolt, but it is far from great. I had one in my 14 bolt and wouldn't stay locked. The G86 in the TBSS's are much better.
