What are yalls opnions on these servos and what would yall reccomend me to do? Please tell the pros and cons of servos so i will have a better understanding. thanks, inmywhitez

corvette servo made a good difference on my truck. 1-2 shift just feels so much crispier.

I put one in mine. For $20 or so, its probably the best mod for the money.

i know this has been asked before, but is it necessary to get a longer pin? how hard is it to install and what do i need? i found a kit from OPT on ebay item number 8042270015 seller Brian Carr. Hopefully that is everything i need.

I dont understand where you read that everyone tranny is screwed up because of a vette servo?? It will actually prolong the life of your tranny by putting more pressure on the bands, thus increasing the life of the the bands. In a stock tranny they set the pressure low so that the tranny has a smooth shift, in order to do this you reduse surface pressure on the servo drum, this also causes the band to wear faster. To put it in simple terms. If everyone where to slam on there brakes and lock them up immediatly your brake pads would not wear as quickly as a nice smooth gradual stop. I hope I didnt confuse you at all.
