Corvette Servo Question
#1
I've been looking on e-bay and all of the vette servos offered are for the 4L60 or 4L60E tranny.
My tranny is the 4L65E. Do they use the same servo?

How much of this statement holds truth?

I think it depends on if you get the Transgo or not. If you install the boost valve and drill out the 1-2 shift section of the separator plate as per Transgo, then also add the billet intermediate servo, you could be in for some harsh shifts (at best), and perhaps some broken parts. Don't know what the programming options are or if you could correct or adjust for it at that point.
I do know that with just the Vette servo and the smallest 1-2 drilling of the separator plate (what is it, .082 or something like that?), I had a pretty alarming 1-2 shift. I had to soften it by lengthening the shift time via HPTuners.
