It looks like you got it wolf, that bronze washer seems to have come with the kit. I think a couple of the springs did as well.

Its weird how I couldn't get the cover back on with the washer in place. I'm wondering if it was not seated correctly.

Thanks man

Those washers are design for the standard servo not the vette servo, vette servos negate any of servo mods in the shift kits, typically.... Only kit ive seen that didnt matter was the sonnax performance pack with the single servo spring....

Nice easy to follow write up. Mine was a PITA, no room to remove it in one piece.
Thanks

I cannot get the pin to slide out of the housing. I've removed everything down to the last step, even the circlip and the pin just bangs back and forth and does not slide out of the housing. Any ideas?

Got it figured out, just had to file down a small burr that made a shoulder of sorts on the pin. After that it slid out just fine

Default What should I get?

I am trying to decide exactly what I want to do in regards to transmission servo upgrades.

I tow a boat mainly on the freeway. That is the main reason for the upgrade.

Would you recommend-

1. Corvette servo upgrade

2. Corvette servo upgrade with long pin

3. Corvette servo upgrade with long pin and a 4th apply piston

4. Corvette servo and 4th apply piston

Thank you in advance for the input.

Vette servo and sonnax performance pack with hd 2-3 valve, fix all the shifts not just 2 and 4, and apply overruns when in manual 1,2,3...
