Do you have a 4link or ladder bars? Where are the mounting points for the coilovers?

It depends on the leverage ratio acting on the springs. If they are mounted on the axle straight up and down you should be able to use the vehicle weight spring charts to find the correct rate. Do you know how heavy the back of your truck is?

Start at 200-250 that should be close. To know for sure you need the weight of truck.

You can't go off of what I use. Mine are 130lbs, but your truck is a lot heavier.

ohh ok thanks... by the way why is your truck lighter than mine if it is i think it cant be by alot maybe 100-150lbs. in difrence my truck is almost the same as yours its a step-side with a little weight reduction and a rollpan. So i think i might be good with sum 200lbs. springs... but thanks blacksheep for the help im going to get sum QA1 coilover shocks for my truck and see how it works.
