Default Clicking sound from the rear of my truck?

I just noticed it as early as this past weekend but you can only hear it when the windows are down where it echos off of anything besides the truck. It only does it when under acceleration and the clicking gets faster as the truck goes faster. Any ideas on this? I cant really tell for sure if its from the diff or one of the wheels. Ive looked just to check there wasnt some stick or loose bracket just slapping against a wheel. Its a Z71 if that might help out. O yeah. I looked and it seems like my diff cover might have a small leak but nothing more than Ive seen on my past trucks should I get that gasket replaced? Thanks alot guys

Could be as simple as a u-joint or if you have a 2 piece driveshaft your carrier bearing may be going out.
