My current project is a 84 c10 rcsb and i'm putting a procharged forged f.i. 468 in it. My question is which trans do you guys think i should use? I'm looking for a 6 speed for the most part. I had my eyes on a doug nash 4+3 trans out of a corvette because then i could have the 4 lower gears for town and the 3 overdrive gears for the highway but after reading up on that trans i think i'm gonna choose something different. I was thinking either a tremec or a richmond gear trans. This truck will more than likely see 900+ h.p. since thats my goal. Which manual trans would you guys choose for my application? It will see city and highway use so keep that in mind. Any ideas?
