Default Clicking front end

Driving '99 Silverado. I have a clicking in the front end while turning tight at low speeds. Usually hear it pulling in and out of parking spaces, ect. Any ideas?

I had the same pop/click in the frontend turning at low speeds. It was the tie rod. I had it fixed under warranty and have had no popping since.

It's going to be one of these items:
-inner tie rods
or
-outer tie rods
or
-upper ball joint
or
-lower ball joint
or
-wheel bearing hub assembly
or
-intermediate steering shaft (very common)
Depending on miliage you could have a combination of front end parts worn.
Take it to a good mechanic shop that does wheel alignments daily. They will be able to tell you what the problem is. This may be a good time to know what your alignment looks like on your truck (many neglect this maintenance item which is recommended to be checked every 15,000mi).
If you have any NTB's, Tire Kingdoms, Tire Merchants, or Big O Tires where you live, they will check out everything for free.
Hope this helps.
