I wouldn't say extremely modified. I had to pull the pressure down because the 1/2 was getting annoying and some times would be really hard.
Made it firm but not too aggressive.
Just recently bumped the shift to 6400 1/2 6300 2/3. Shift times are at .1000 apposed to .5-.3

just basic stuff you would do when adding a shift kit.

Sounds to me like you either have too much fluid in the trans or pressure is building up in the trans and pushing fluid out. I don't really know enough about the trans to know what might cause it to push fluid out the vent.
Runs through the Radiator and the Cooler. I've only ever seen fluid on the over flow tube and it stays cool like it should.

Hmm, might wanna ask Dozerdan how he likes his tranny that Chase built. I love mine, and it's held up to my driving, and you've seen the videos....

The only time fluid usually blows out the overflow is when it overheats. But it sounds like the 3-4's are on there way out, which could be caused by numerous things. Just have to get it apart and look at it. How many miles are on it?

I hate having to do a trans swap... I hate it even more in the winter in cold sand with no shop.
I'd do 4l80 but i can't afford the trans AND another converter.
TFT?

I hate tranny swaps after doin 4 on the ground. At least winter there is warmer than here.

Just waiting on a response from them to see what it'll cost me. It is Saturday of course.

TFT is Transmission Fluid Temp btw.

It's 47 miles 1 way to work. so ~ 100mi per day 5 days a week. I had a NEW Escape and when I wrecked it I had put over 16k miles on it. from July 31'st 06 to Jan 16th? 07.
