Any chance of a lifted application?

 

Hey guys...hate to be the bearrer of bad news but I already built a pair of these back in june of 06, for my 93 ext-cab C1500, sbc, n2o, and they worked ok....they definetly stopped my wheel hop problem, and increased traction off of the line....but my truck is so long and heavy....its hard to get all the weight transfered to the rear....my bars were 2" with poly bushings and were 5 feet long adjustable on one end......I would think they would definetly work better on a short box truck......but definetly worth the work to install em....good luck to all......oh yeah best 60' was 1.68 and best 1/4 time was 12.19@110 mph......with a 4500 lb truck is pretty good....I think.....

One last revision, but its taking me a while. We're incorperating interchangable bushed ends. That means the brackets needed redesigned. Unfortunately the shop is understaffed and I have been fully committed to getting customer jobs done. I'm still hoping to have the R&D done in Jan.

I'm a hair trigger away from saying to hell with the wait and getting cal tracs for both trucks. Any update cause i mean dang this has been a long.
