Default Auto 4x4 4l60 swap to manual 4x4? 05 Silverado. Need some answers

I don't think it is possible but I wanted to ask. I would really love a 5 or six speed in my 05 Silverado. It has the 5.3, and is not stock, however I don't love the 4l60, but I do have the auto 4x4. Do I have any manual transmission swap options while still retaining auto 4x4? I do not want to have to do a body lift just to fit an HD tranny so I think that limits me to the NV3500 but it is only rated for 300 lb-ft. Right now I have only swapped the stock cam for a vinci #112 ( DUR @ .004" 272*/280*,DUR @ .050" 210*/218*,LIFT .551 / .551, OVERLAP 50*,LSA 114*)and put in some crane beehive springs, a gibson cat back, and a nelson tune but ultimately I'd like to go with a small nos, like 35 or 50 shot. I just have a passion for a manual transmission. This truck is paid for, and I love it, but I have an itch to swap out transmissions but I don't want to turn it into a complete frankenstein bastard. Maybe I'm just wasting my time. I have the mechanical skills, but I just don't know if I have any options. I know the 4.8 was available with the NV3500 but not necessarily the 5.3. Can the NV3500 be made stronger, and what happens to auto 4x4 when a manual transmission is involved? Any guidance would be greatly apprecaited

you Could do the T56 (6speed) swap with a divorced Transfer case. but thats alot of work.

And i dont believe there is any hope for a NV3500..

a 35-50 shot wont be felt.. a good starting point is a 75 shot.. But check with your tuner before you spray..

Well I was planning on it not being possible but I appreciate the info. I'm concerned that the 4l60 won't be able to handle the NOS.
