anyone running tubes with their slicks?
#5
I heard mention here of someone having a blowout at the track and said it was pretty hairy. I am gonna run tubes just to be on the safe side. Plus, if you don't run tubes your slicks always go flat because of decreaced tire pressure you loose the seal at the rim.

If you're going to run tubes, you can't run MT's tubes with the stock wheels. The valve stem location is all wrong. I guess you could drill a new hole on the back side of the rim, but they'd be useless unless at that point is you didn't want to run tubes.
