anybody lower their truck lime this ?

Default anybody lower their truck lime this ?

Truck is rcsb 07 classic already has 2/4 spindles shackles hangers . Has anybody put a flip kit on with hangers ans shackles. If so how was it. Thanks

That would make it a 9'' drop in the rear You would prob be draggin frame on a 99-07 truck with 9'' out back.

I seem to be in the same position as you, I put the enormous amount of effort into putting hangers in the back only to realize that I want to go lower than 4 inches.

What if you ran your hangers and lowering leafs(which are usually 3 inches) and put your shackles in the 1 inch drop hole? Which would make 6 inches. That is what I have come up with so far.

To the pros on here, would we need a c-notch for that to work? Or is it even possible to begin with?

Why not just measure the distance available between the axle tube and bottom of the frame rail? I'd think that would answer the question.

you wont drag the frame, there are several trucks running 9"

4" and greater needs a notch. I tried to stay notchless, but I gave up and notched and went to 5"

Im ok with doing a notch just trying to find what parts I need without ditching what I have and trying to stay 4/6 relm

go to autozone, buy drop shackles, buy v6 coil springs, or 2" drop springs.

V6 will give you right at 1.5"

Truck is v6 with turbo 4.8 soon. I already have shackles hangers and spindles.
