Went and picked up this shiny thing today. Just gotta find a way to get it outta the box and under the truck. Having very little luck on that part. But damn i can't wait. Probably be another couple weeks for the cam. but hopefully before the GTG.

Well since only 1 friend could help and we didn't have shelter from the cold i had to take it to the dealership to be put in.
My question now is how long can i get away with running open header before i get a ticket?
I'da been fine replacing the exhaust if i coulda done the trans myself, but since i'm paying the dealership i'm broke.
trans, converter, install, car rental, gas, truck payment, bank note. I'm spent, plus i've had to leave work early on several occasions due to back problems.

I had it welded up but i guess if i take it back to the shop that welded it up i might just have him use couplers or band clamps this time. I go down some rough roads so i figured welding wouldn't hurt.


btw i work down the street from a police dept and have to be at work at 0230am
