Default Another G80 Failure

These things really are junk. Failed behind a bone stock 4.8L with auto.

Im lucky cuz, I was thinking of reusing it with the gear change.

What should I replace it with? Detroit Locker? 35spline spool?

thats the killer of the g80 is doughnuts and drifting.. anyhow the auborn i had took a beating from my 5.3 and 6.0 and quite a bit of nitrous. quite a few burn outs and never gettin traction to 60..it would do just fine in your 4.8

Nothing is unbreakable but the TruTrac is pretty tough and has done well for me.
