Default All you with a C Notch

I really need to get a C notch for my truck. I'm wondering how everyone routes there exhaust with the notch. I have a 4" exit pipe over the axle and dumped at the rear of the truck. When I put the c notch in, it looks like the rear end would come up and hit the exhaust pipe? Are you notched guys limited to dumping the exhaust before the rear end housing?

My 3" Corsa hits the rear end like a **** with my drop. But I'll be switching it up soon so I don't mind it.

It's possible to fit the exhaust over the axle but it has to be custom

I have my 4" exhaust routed over the axle with a djm c-notch and do not have a problem with clearance. Attached pics don't seem to be working for me right now but I believe I have some pics in this thread... https://www.performancetrucks.net/fo...2/#post4668738

Your pics don't show up in that thread. Any way you could photobucket them and post them here?

Rogers truck looks just like mine over the axle. You can see that the bottom of his tailpipe just clears the frame. So how in the hell did you get away with a 4" and a notch without any clearance to the bed??

I have a single 3in ran over the axle with my 3/6 drop. Plenty of guys run 4in over the axle too though.

You'll have room for the 4" pipe over the axle.

The notch isnt going to matter, its how low the truck is. A 4/6 truck thats notched will have more room for exhaust than a 6/8 truck with the same notch.

When mine was ~5/8 I just dumped it before the axle.
