Default 90 c1500

ive never really worked on a drivetrain, so any help would be appreciated, im pulling out the old engine and dropping a ls1 in it, i know ive got to get the wiring harness', pcm, etc. What transmission and drivetrain components would you recommend

if your dropping in an LS1 and you want an auto, I would get a FLT 4L60e so that it last. As far as rear ends, a 10 bolt built well will hold but if you are going for 500+hp then 14 bolt from a 454ss is your friend.

You could also just go ahead and step up to a 4L80E
