Default 4l80e vs. 4l60e wiring for swap

I have searched through a handfull of swap threads, many were very helpful. I ordered the ISS connector and will pin the pcm for this when I swap.

I am posting because I think there will be two wires unused and two needing to be re-pinned in the bulkhead connector on the side of the trans. If anyone has diagrams or any links where the differences are explained for this connector I would appreciate the help. I may have overlooked this in my search.
