Other than that and running the VSS wires to the PCM, there are no electronic/ programming. What difficulties are you having specifically? Feel free to pm tgui he is the resident 80e swap expert.

Did you splice in a new VSS into the wiring harness? That one goes next to the torque converter. I had to get my connector off ebay.

The original VSS goes at the end with the tail shaft if 2wd, or in the transfer case if 4wd. Also, if 4wd you can plug the tail shaft with a VSS and just not wire it. Thats what I did because I'm lazy.

Can you post all your current DTCs please?

I'm looking into your tune file now.

Use my attached file to swap FROM. Open Menu Compare, select my file. Then do a segment swap. This file has the same OS as yours as is needed.

Select both the trans and trans diag options. Ensure trans type is still 4l80e.

For clarification... The ISS (input shaft speed) sensor, goes to the front of the transmission, the sensor closest to the torque converter, on 4wd 4l80 the OSS(output shaft speed) sensor is in the transfer case, and typically have a plug in the oss hole of the transmission case. On a 2wd the oss is closest to the tailshaft housing of the transmission,

i have a 4wd on my front porch i will get a better picture of tonight when i get home....

This is a 4wd with the rear plug

You can see both in this pic....on the 2wd
