Default 4l65e stuck in 2nd gear

Ok I have a 04 crew Silverado 4wd I just swapped a lq9 and 4l65e into from a 5.3 and 4l60e.

The problem is it won't shift it just stays in 2nd I run it to 4500 rpm let off the throttle and then the tq converter locks but that's it. I have replaced all the solenoids and internal harness from the 4l60e that's was still good when I pulled it. I also brought it to the dealership to get reflashed and still nothing. Even replaced the ignition switch

I did have to swap the prnd switch from the 4l60e onto the 65e. The new motor and trans came from an 04 Yukon Denali

I haven't brought it in to get the motor tuned yet since it's not shifting

You guys have any idea what's I could check next

Does the 60e defualt to 2nd like the 80e when no power makes it to the valve body? That was one of my many issues.

OP, the harness and connector look OK and have a 12v reading on the power wire?

Any check engine or codes thrown?

I checked for power into the plug and it was live. Also the only codes that show up are for knock sensor codes but it does not trip the cel light

when you swapped out the solenoids and harness did you swap out the pressure manifold switch aswell? faulty pressure manifold switch will have the trans taking off in second gear

Good point. I've heard that thing is a pretty important part.
