Default 4L60e help

Ok guys. My tranny recently took a ****. It still will go into all the gears but it will violantly kick in and out of them. I am starting a new job soon so I have to have it fixed. I am gonna do all the repairs myself even though i have never seen the inside of a tranny before, however there is nothing i havnt been able to fix when needed. I just would like a simple parts list so i can get some stuff coming for it. I know you guys no what they break and what they will need so any help you can give me on what to order for parts would be great. Oh and dont tell me to buy an 80e and be done with it because i cant find a single tranny anywhere for less than 1000$.like i said i dont have much money hence the new job.

save yourself the trouble and just buy one already built. Trannys are no cakewalk.
