Default High Trans temps

Anyone having any high trans temps with LT's? If so, then theres at least one thing you can check. Lately I've been having some higher than usual temps on my tranny. It was running about 170-180, which isn't bad, but not good either. I was tinkering under the truck today and noticed this.

I had some heat wrap laying around the garage, so I just wrap the lines up real good and that took care of the problem. So if anyone else's tranny run alittle higher normal after the LT change, then at least check to see how close your lines are to the headers.

Mine touch my headers and I don't see temps over 150 in 90 degree weather.

I slipped a small silicone hose over mine when I installed the headers. The temps dont seem bad.

You guys don't live in Vegas either where the air temps are over 122*, not to mention the road temps are a blistering 250*. I know that it's only 60*+ right now, but it still doesn't hurt to wrap the lines up.
