4l60e acting weird
about a month ago i changed the fluid and filter in the tranny on my 94 k1500, and added a b&m shift plus(or as i call it now **** plus). while im cruising between 45 and 60 mph, it for lack of a better way to describe it, slips. it shifts fine but while im driving the rpms change by just a very little amount fast and slow. it didn't do it before i changed the fluid. i do have 33s on it and 3.42 gears, but they've been on it for years. any thoughts?

i have that same kit and it was ok at first then i added a vett servo and it would bang the 1-2 shift at light throttle and 2-3 shift but if a was hard on the trottle it would do fine . so i just turned it to the off side. and stopped running it when around town i use stage one when towing and shifts nice when towing just not good when daily driving at light throttle .

3/4 might be going out. that rpm change is really noticalble when you have non sock exhaust. IF you just drive it in 3 does it do the same? Do you have a trans temp guage? It could be several other things as well.
If you had never changed your fluid until now all the "stuff/gunk" is now gone and theres is more free space between your steels and clutches. I would predict you have a tranny rebuild in your future. My last truck i had the 60e rebuilt a total of about 6 times. I am not a stranger to slipping trans.
Have you checked your fluid level?
The rpm changes is the clutches slipping. I bet that if you put it in cruise control it still will have the rpm changes. Eventually our steels will over heat, warp and your down.
