I have 224 cam, worked heads, headers, underdrive crank pulley, and of course a tune. To him I did bot say how much power but I know he knows something is done cause you can hear the cam.

No I have a TrailBlazer I6 stock converter, 2200-2600 stall speed.

How are your shifts? Pretty harsh at lower speeds? WOT? Do you know what 2nd gear servo your builder is using?

Both of your failures in those pics seem odd to me...Maybe Vince B has seen those failures?

Its up to you and see what Vince B thinks, but even he usues the corvette servo in many high HP cars, it provised slightly softer 1-2 shifts.

Rj I have seen a reaction shaft break like that. I would question if that was a factory part or an aftermarket one. From the looks of the picture It almost appears that the shaft might have been welded in that area and then machined. Kind of a crazy break wouldn't you say! Oh well good to hear your back up and running.

2Bfast I have seen planets do what you had pictured. IMO in most cases a bearing failed and got into the gears.
