Default 2015 Silverado Rust on frame

Hi everyone, I know this topic is hot for the 2014 Silverado's. Im curious how may 2015 or affected to. I just dropped my 2015 off for the rust issues. Im in Florida and the dealer said they have not seen this issues. one section I touched and a piece of metal fell off. If you have a 2014 with issue was it ever resolved?

You sure it just wasn't the under coating??

Every truck frame up here has surface rust on them, takes a long long time for the winters to eat through it but only if you let it.

Looks fine to me lol. Crappy GM undercoating is peeling away.

Just some surface rust like any northern vehicle gets.

A 2015 truck should not look this way. It's under warrenty so will be getting fixed. My brothers 2000 Silverado frame looks nicer than mine. It seems to be quite a big problome for a lot of people.

That looks like my north-eastern 2002 Yukon.

I use chemical adhesive removers or a power tool to remove the undercoating. Then paint and sometimes apply more rattle can under coating.

I get under my truck and do this ever spring. And I am not even in the real north.
