Well just got back from having the truck looked at. Everything checked out fine and my alignment was still fine. it just happened to hit where the access hole was in the frame so it was the easiest place for it to bend in. Although the one wierd thing the guy said was it is perfectly fine and safe but if i wanted to fix it completely he would recommend a new frame, wtf is that? My neighbor is going to pull it and re-enforce sometime so i should be fine. The pic did make it look a lot worse as the dent is really not bad when up close and looking at it. Not sure why the collision guy said new frame or leave it, maybe he just doesnt want to that little of work or something but for now its staying. i also managed to put the broken tabs back on the brake vent so it is back in place and really secure. All i need to do in the future is sand a little bit of the bumper and smooth it out and possibly re spray it or something. Can you even work on plastic like that, not to familiar with how well that would hold up. Thanks for your responses guys

Probably because to straighten it you would have to heat it, and that changes the temper of the metal, possibly making it weaker. I would just leave it personally.

since it is only bent in basically at the access hole it doesnt seem like it would really be a big deal to pull it back a little. I could understand if it was located somewhere else then maybe it would cause weakness in that area but it doesnt seem to be in a core area. But we will see i guess, i'm in no rush, it just bothers me that its there, justnot enough replace the frame
