Default 2-3 Shift Solenoid Problem?

last week i was driving the truck and all of a sudden the engine light comes on. i then noticed the truck seemed to be slipping in first gear. i got the engine code read today and it was P0757 "2-3 shift solenoid valve performance". i assume my trans wasn't actually slipping, but rather stuck in 2nd gear. well now the truck is fine and i have all 4 gears. i've driven it a few times since the code popped up and everything is normal. should i be worried or just clear the code and move on with life? thanks in advance.

yeah i just did a search for the code on here (should have done that first) and looks like it's a common problem with high stalling converters. i'll have my tuner clear and take out the test for it.

yup I get that code almost every time I drive as of late. I just clear it using my Aeroforce scan gauge. I need to just disable it.

Yup mine throws it in 3rd gear too. If it happens I just clear it real fast. As a matter of fact I'm going to disable it tomorrow.
