it is quite possible that his hanger is bolted to the frame -upside down..
if the bolt pattern between the hanger and frame is assyemetrical[spelling]
or there is a left and right and they are reversed
then it is likely upside down and flipping it or switching from right to left would lower the rear considerably...
i would say that is the likely case.
if he has the instructions for the kit, check it out or have whoever installed the stuff check it

that could be, but they still might be switchable
beats me, i don't know why they would build a flip kit with a hanger that would un-do what the flip did.
he could also put the stock hanger back on, but it is likely beat up a bit after
grinding/burning the rivits out.

Did the install yesterday. The truck looks awesome went down exactly 1''. I'm still sitting 2''es taller in the rear. Floor to fender in the front is 31.5'' rear is 33.5''

i think it is possible i was looking at that while i was doing the install. I still wanted a little incline it's just that i thought 3 inches was to much difference. I like the way it sits now but it does look like that mount could be reversed
