Default 07 Gmc Canyon 4x4 P0717 ouch

Hi there guys, just got this 07 canyon 4x4 with the 3.7 engine 4L60 tranny. Truck shifts with a slight jump between 1st and 2nd gear is the only issue.Anyway,I have 3 codes.1)P0717 and OBD2 says input/turbine speed sensor (A) circuit no signal.#2)P0128 coolant temp below regulation.#3)P0455 Evap emission large system leak.My first question is 50% of what I read say input speed sensor is internal and the others say it is bolted on the side of the trans or transfer case. I was also told input speed sensor people can get a bad connection with a wire? Or the pcm could be bad?Gm stated that the thermostat stuck open can give you the 0717 code as well.If I do have a broken wire etc where is it located? Passenger side, driver side, transfer case, back or front of the transmission? Anyone have any thoughts,Thanks in advance
