Default 03' Sonoma Suspension Question

My name is Justin, i',m new to the board, anywasy i have an 03 sonoma extended cab 4x4 (not the zr2) i have heard talk of adjusting the torsion bars to gain a little altitude up front and then was considering blocking the rear (i know this isnt the best route, but i need to save money for the Monte) my question has to do with the torsion bars in the front, wouldnt twisting them up cause a major problem with the camber??? and if not are they more likely to break or fail??? also about how much height could i get out of torsion bar adjustment??? sorry for the elementary questions i'm a VW tech i don't deal with torsion bars very often.

thanks
justin
