A fairly easy way to reduce plenty of weight and gain some cosmetic advantages are to remove front/rear bumper replace them with 'glass bumper cover and roll pan.

well i have a rollpan and actually putting a bumper cover on the front would defeat the purpose since it sits over the bumper anyways

Anything you don't need or use anymore that isn't structural... Get rid of it... My truck is paid for and I don't have plans to ever get rid of it so this is no big deal to me...
