Thought I'd update this thread with confirmation that TI Automotive offers a high performance pump/module assembly with the F90000285 pump in it. (aka Hellcat pump)
Took like 6 months for it to get manufactured, but I received it nonetheless. Now I can compare pump DC to my "285" pump I installed in the factory 2013 bucket. I'd assume the purpose built one would be slightly better. With my contraption I've seen a peak of 87.8% duty cycle at 10.5 psi boost on a very cold day. Truck typically only makes 9psi.

No, we don't have any E85 within several hundred miles.
